  1. Optimize sell-through velocity while maximizing net recovery. Prevent “aging” and set forth plans to proactively ensure the velocity is optimized versus item devaluation
  2. Become an expert in specific sales categories, the market trends, seasonality, sales performance of each. Understand each program and the associated fees and costs
  3. Identify optimal sales channel for given items, monitoring and adjusting for variations per above factors.
  4. Review and suggest pricing strategy to pricing team & sales team, work together to create new and alternate strategies as required

Position Summary:

This role automates pricing and re-pricing as a key component to inventory optimization and recovery across millions of products. The Pricing Specialist implements the pricing structure for goTRG’s proprietary R1 software to reflect client brand controls and the ongoing required adjustments to the dynamic retail and wholesale markets. It monitors and adjusts for extraordinary conditions and outliers.

 

Major Responsibilities/Essential Functions:

  •  Create, oversee, and adjust online pricing rules and off-line pricing in order to ensure that Retail and Wholesale sales are rational for the market conditions, marketplace circumstances, and velocity and recovery targets that apply
  •  Monitor priority sku’s/top category sales performance and competitive conditions; adjust pricing as required. Ensure pricing is accurate and consistent across generations, grades, release dates and models
  •  Work with the Inventory Parsing team to establish pricing rules to define both baseline and deep inventory market conditions based on sales data

Position Summary:

 

This is a management role with a small team. This managers team is responsible for assisting all General Managers with needs and improvements to Repair. The team is responsible for working with each building, program by program to create efficiencies and drive business success in the repair process. This team will be defining the parameters and tools for economical repair processes. They will also be responsible for the ensuring that we benchmark to industry standard for all areas regarding Repair/Refurbishment. Stays current with the industry on State-of-the-art in technology, systems, and tools for repair and refurbishment and diagnostics on a broad range of commodities to include electronics.

This role requires a very technical understanding of electronic repair and refurbishment and the ability to expand to other commodities as our business base expands.

 

 

 

Major Responsibilities/Essential Functions:

 

  • Responsible for identifying need for new reports for Repair and feeds Operational Control Center.
  • Identifies and communicates opportunities regarding training, SOP, etc. to Production, Quality Assurance & Inventory Control, Support and Optimization/Engineering to make necessary changes.

Sales Sales and Listing Rules Specialist FL - Miami

Position:                         Sales & Listing Rules Specialist

Position Summary:

This role ensures all items are listed on the sales channels and marketplaces that will achieve optimal sales velocity and margin for all inventory, by program. The role will structure goTRG’s proprietary R1 software to reflect client brand controls and the ongoing required adjustments to the dynamic retail and wholesale markets.

 

Major Responsibilities/Essential Functions:

  1. Create, adjust and manage the Sales and Listings rules for all sales channels/marketplaces using goTRG’s proprietary R1 software
  2. Monitor the go-live execution of listings on Retail and Wholesale marketplaces and ensures that listings are accurate, correct and error-free
  3. Pro-actively monitor published listings/lots on all sales channels
  4. Review, identify and troubleshoot all errors preventing inventory from listing on different marketplaces and make sure that all errors are resolved
  5. Monitor and resolve “unpublished” inventory due to marketplaces errors
  6. Review all not listed inventory, find gaps, discrepancies in listing rules and/or errors in WMS to resolve
  7. Work with inventory parsing team and maintain rules to make sure proper velocity and recovery is attained
  8. Review all listed inventory and ensure it is visible across all allocated sales channel 
  9. Create private/public lots upon request by the sales team 
  10. Monitor all Vero, copyright infringed items and take appropriate actions
  11. Work collaboratively with the catalogue, sales, parsing & marketing teams.

Required Qualifications:

  •  Advanced MS Office proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access,)
  •  Strong research skills, extreme attention to details, the ability to communicate well with others, ability to work within a deadline, creative thinking and problem solving

Sales Sales Control Center Manager FL - Miami

Position:                             Sales Control Center, Manager

Position Summary:

This critical role will balance the swings in supply and demand and develop ongoing processes to eliminate the hurdles that try to get in our way. You will create tracking tools, monitor flow and coordinate corrective action for all product movement from sale through fulfillment. This vital role is proactive in nature; forecasting, resolving and developing processes for the smooth coordination and flow of sales.

Major Responsibilities/Essential Functions:

  1. Define and create KPI’s to most effectively manage the business. Support with reporting and analysis for sold orders, recoveries, aging, shelf space etc.
  2. Ensure all problems are identified and communicated for collaborative solution by defining minimum/maximum action standards within reports. Create tools to assist Sales Support in cross-functional problem-solving
  3. Create and implement processes to eliminate ongoing and repeating hurdles. Longer term the intent would be to focus on how to build market condition variables into the processes
  4. Communicate directly within the entire Sales team to share and provide analysis for sales velocity. The role will ensure key information is available for each function to support the highest recovery and velocity using retail and wholesale channels
  5. Lead the cross-functional communication required for effective execution of every sale through to fulfillment
  6. Communicate, share and input with the Business Development team. Be aware of monthly/yearly volume forecasts, industries and upcoming needs. Support new business development through sales potential forecasting. Coordinate and spec potential R1 support requirements
  7. Monitor Inbound/Outbound product flows. Proactively identify spikes/slowdowns and potential supply – demand imbalances
  8. Support position will communicate directly with facility liaison their plan of action for fixing problems in the building. The building liaison will also communicate their possible solution as well in order to collaborate together and come up with the best solution.
  9. Control center manager will hold weekly meetings with building liaisons and control center support team to be sure all problems are being addressed
  10. An example topic in the meeting would be if the control center support staff cannot alleviate a problem of shipping paid orders, for example, then the sales rep needs to be brought in to rectify the problem. The goal is to fix problems through the control center but if a relationship is needed to fix the problem that resource (sales rep) will be utilized to expediate the process. If problems are not addressed timely support team will communicate with control center manager to address the proper corrective action
  11. Control center manager will meet with head of sales any time necessary, but at minimum of once per week.
    1. Reporting/metrics will be addressed
    2. Monthly goals/shortfalls – goal for corrective action
    3. Conditions of buildings (capacity issues)
    4. Performance of parse/listing/pricing staff

 

Required Qualifications:

  •  Strong results orientation and comfort with a fast paced environment
  •  2-5 year’s experience in a Sales, ideally in several roles. Strong understanding of all parts of the sales process from sale to fulfillment, including e-commerce
  •  Outstanding data analytics supported by Advanced Excel capabilities, (including pivot tables, vlookup, conditional formatting and advanced charting), ideally experienced with a BI tool
    •  Outstanding interpersonal and cross-functional communication skills and an ability to work independently and as part of a larger team.

Position Summary:  

We are looking for a Senior Accountant with at least 3 years of auditing, corporate finance & tax experience. The primary purpose of this position is to perform a variety of accounting assignments in support of the Accounting Manager. Assignments include researching support, compiling and posting month-end journal entries, completing complex balance sheet account reconciliations, ensuring compliance with internal controls, including SOX control requirements. Perform assigned tasks while applying accounting techniques and standard practices to the classification and recording of financial transactions. Respond to non-routine complex inquiries in assigned areas requiring judgment and the application of GAAP and goTRG policies, procedures and practices. Support and contribute to cross functional projects.

Major Responsibilities/Essential Functions:

  •  Reconcile complex balance sheet accounts and investigate/resolve variances within deadlines
  •  Compile and post journal entries in support of period end close activities for goTRG
  •  Develop and maintain databases to support and facilitate accounting and reconciliation activities
