Position Summary:

 

We are looking for a Partner Relations Specialist who always keeps the customer first, insists on continuing to learn every day, thrives in a highly collaborative work environment and when presented with a challenge- doesn't quit until they find a solution!

 

The primary activities of the position will include, but are not limited to: general technical inquiries and troubleshooting support, billing inquiries and dispute support, Troubleshooting requires guiding and educating customers through established troubleshooting procedures. These activities require the consistent delivery of high levels of customer satisfaction and require up-to-date knowledge of goTRG practices and policies.

 

Effective and efficient handling of customer transactions in real time including, but not limited to: working simultaneously with multiple software applications; immediate/direct keyboarding into customer service information systems; consistently following up on promises and commitments on a timely basis; and appropriately identify and escalate unresolved issues.

 

Major Responsibilities/Essential Functions:

 

• Must demonstrate experience with the use of PCs, including familiarity with and experience in the use of industry standard applications, along with the ability to navigate in a multi-windows based environment.

• Must be able to exhibit written and oral communications skills to a standard set by TRG.

• Position requires focus on specialized tasks, engaging in customer communications and sitting for extended periods of time.

JOB SUMMARY:

This position provides administrative and secretarial support for logistics operations. Position Summary:

 

The Orders/Inventory Supervisor position is responsible for the day-to-day supervision of orders and the product inventory. This position will need to focus on timely processing of all B2C and B2B orders. In addition, they will oversee that all product is in location for proper and efficient order picking, conduct monthly cycle counts and inventory management. Demands a strong attention to detail and organizational skills. This position will oversee several team leads so strong management skills is a must. Production Associates and Leads will report to the Orders/Inventory Supervisor.

 

Major Responsibilities/Essential Functions:

Position Summary:

The Production Supervisor is responsible for managing teammates in a logistics and assembly environment. This position plans and assigns work, implements policies and procedures and recommends improvements in production methods, equipment, operating procedures and working conditions.

Position Summary:

Position:             Staff Accountant- Payroll

Position Summary:

 

As the Staff Accountant- Payroll, you will be responsible for preparing and processing all payroll data for teammates, as well as performing related account reconciliations. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with all applicable state and federal wages, including taxes, garnishment, and deductions; communicating and providing support to all exempt and non-exempt employees; working with third-party vendors; researching, compiling and summarizing data.

  • Process payroll on a bi-weekly and monthly basis.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, employment policies, and reporting requirements.
  • Provide support to employees with payroll questions.
  • Work with third-party vendors on reports, quarterly taxes, check runs, garnishments, and other reporting as needed.
  • Responsible for all payroll-related taxes, voluntary and involuntary withholdings, and quarterly and annual tax reconciliations.
  • Assist with audit processes and other requested data as needed.
  • Research and resolve issues with state and local agencies.
  • Reconcile balance sheet accounts associated with assigned payroll, taxes, and other withholding accounts.

  • Prepare forms and manuals for accounting and bookkeeping personnel

 

Required Qualifications:

  •  Knowledge of regulatory standards, compliance requirements, and payroll-related taxes
  •  Knowledge of accounts payables

  •  Knowledge of general bookkeeping procedures
  •  Knowledge of general accounting principals
