Position Summary: 

The Senior Account Executive focuses on accounts in the assigned enterprise market segment. This role manages complex, high-value, multiple influence sales opportunities ensuring buy-in from stakeholders across the organization to address business needs and deliver client value. 

Major Responsibilities/Essential Functions:

  • Meets or exceeds sales and product objectives as assigned
  • Prepare, implement and executive Strategic Account plans. Develop a business plan and sales strategy for the market that measures attainment of sales goals

IT/Development SSRS Reports Developer FL - Miami
Position: SSRS Reports Developer
Department: Infrastructure  
Classification: Exempt
Reports to: SVP Infrastructure 
 
 
Position Summary:

The SSRS Reports Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, revising, and maintaining custom SSRS 2012 / 2016 reports as well as some Tableau reports for large customers and senior executive leadership. To be successful in this position, it is imperative that you can gather and translate business requirements into report designs. 
 
Major Responsibilities/Essential Functions:
 
  • Design and monitor construction of user-facing presentation tools, such as Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) reports
  • Design and monitor the construction of an enterprise data warehouse
  • Define best practices and standards for the data modeling process
  • Develop prototype views and reporting of data and work with business users both internal and external to identify and refine their requirements
  • Establish and implement standards and strategies for data management, lifecycle, and quality
  • Provide reporting to customers and management to support business decisions and become more proficient in the use of the application
  • Generate ad-hoc reports as needed
  • Provides reference documentation by writing and maintains functional and technical specifications for all reports produced
  • Maintains system and programming guidelines by adhering to the software development lifecycle
  • Protects operations by keeping information confidential
  • Act as the principal designer for strategic reporting utilizing a thorough understanding of available technology, tools and existing designs
  • Research and evaluate alternative solutions and recommend the most efficient and cost-effective application programming solutions
  • Conduct performance tuning of existing data structures
  • Communicate with team members to assess progress of deliverables
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications:
 
  • Demonstrates self-reliance in researching technical solutions and product functionality
  • At least three (3) years of experience working with Microsoft SQL Server and the Microsoft Business Intelligence Stack (SSRS, SSAS and SSIS)
  • Solid proficiency creating and maintaining relational databases on SQL server including views and stored procedures
  • Excellent math skills (statistics, etc.)
  • At least three (3) years of experience in an applications development role
  • SQL coding (Stored Procedures from scratch, views, functions, etc)
  • SQL Server 2012 or newer (Ideally SQL Server 2016)
  • Knowledge of C# preferred
  • Knowledge of Windows Servers Administration
  • Ability to act independently to resolve problems
  • Effective verbal and written communications skills and effective presentation skills
  • Must show a sense of urgency, being able to perform and multitask under pressure
  • Solid experience with Microsoft Office including Word, Outlook, Excel, Access, Visio, and Project

Position Summary:

 

The Technical Finance Specialist teammate will be responsible for all aspects of internal reporting.  This will include various B2B and B2C reporting requirements, preparation of the company’s budget, cost reduction analyses, and other ad hoc requests. 

 

Major Responsibilities/Essential Functions:

 

  • Manage vendor and market place reconciliation
  • Manage all B2C sales and service reporting
  • Assist with day to day revenue and AR Management activities
  • Assist with accounting for intercompany transactions
  • Assist with External Audit support
  • Generates financial analysis reports
  • Engage in ongoing cost allocation and cost reduction analyses in all areas of the company
  • Assist in the preparation of the strategic plan, annual budget, and forecasting
  • Performs ad-hoc analysis and reporting to various departments
  • Leverages various software tools to provide flexible reporting and to create processes for efficiency and consistency
  • Prepares and maintains process documentation; and

Experience 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting (MBA, CMA, or CPA a plus)
  • 5+ years of experience in a high level Accounting or Finance position
  • Excellent analytical problem solving and communication skills

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Online retail and/or manufacturing experience is preferred

Operations Technical Writer AR - Rogers

Position:            Technical Writer

Position Summary:

The Technical Writer will assist in the development of goTRG’s SOPs. Document controls, quality manuals and general writing.

Major Responsibilities/Essential Functions:

  • Must be able to assist in the development of our standard operating procedures, write and layout the format of.
  • Work with the operations team, to annualize new and existing work instructions and identify pest practices, with continuous improvement in mind
  • Lay out a proper and sustainable plan to control documents and revision levels, develop a system to monitor and review previous revisions to new ones.
  • Review all current manuals, re-write these to a higher quality level for senior presentations
  • Research new ways to increase productivity levels through the SOP’s and re-visit each process through a time period to be sure we are removing waste from the SOP’s if possible
  • Asist in writing policy manuals, and any other writing needs throughout the organization.
  • Communicate all changes, goals, systems, to all facilities in a measurable manner.
  • Work with all facility who need assistance with area specific products, or specific customer needs.
  • Must be willing to travel, approx. 10% of the time.
  • Be the gate keeper of all document controls, proof all external communications for accuracy and professionalism.
  • Assist in achieving quality, health and safety certifications. Working closely with the governing bodies, management, engineers, contractors, and consultants. 
  • Train all involved parties on how the new system works and how it is to be maintained.           

Required Qualifications:

  • 5-10 years experience in Technical Writing
  • Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
  • Effective verbal and written communications and effective presentation skills
  • Ability to independently manage time effectively to ensure priorities and deadlines
