Position Summary:

The Enterprise Program Manager leads the execution of various client programs, providing technical and operational expertise. Success ensures client programs meet client and goTRG objectives. The role is highly collaborative across both goTRG and client business units.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Ensure current programs are operating according to agreements and objectives. Monitor, measure and communicate performance, taking proactive steps to correct negative variances and find ongoing continuous improvement.
  • Scope and execute new projects and programs in accordance with GoTRG and client SLA.
  • Prepare, implement and execute supporting project task list. Communicate internally and externally to ensure alignment and appropriate updates.
  • Support Account Manager in all communication with client, actively lead the program specific conversations.
  • Keep informed of product line, competition and industry trends that may impact programs, proactively create and communicate. Keep informed of broader client strategies
  • Assist in various requirements for the effective account management of client. Skills & Work Traits
  • Strong technical skills, ideally with a strong understanding of R1 software and the goTRG services
  • Strong understanding of operational best practices, ensuring a logical and efficient approach towards problem solving and implementing new procedures
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment
  • Highly motivated, positive attitude and driven by targets
  • Team player with a desire for personal continuous improvement
  • Understanding of supply chain, merchandising and ecommerce sales

  • Requirements

    2-3 years of program management or equivalent experience
