Description

The Account Analyst teammate will be responsible for all aspects of internal reporting related to the assigned accounts. This will include various B2B and B2C reporting requirements, preparation of the company’s budget, cost reduction analyses, and other ad hoc requests.

Major Responsibilities/Essential Functions:
  • Manage vendor and marketplace reconciliation
  • Manage all B2C sales and service reporting
  • Assist with day to day revenue and AR Management activities
  • Assist with accounting for inter-company transactions / rebilling to customers
  • Assist with customer Audit support requests
  • Generates financial analysis reports
  • Engage in ongoing cost allocation and cost reduction analyses
  • Assist in the preparation of the strategic plan, annual budget, and forecasting
  • Performs ad-hoc analysis and reporting to various departments
  • Leverages various software tools to provide flexible reporting and to create processes for efficiency and consistency
  • Prepares and maintains process documentation; and
  • Ad hoc requests from the Accounting Department Managers and the Chief Financial Officer
  • Other duties as assigned or approved by Manager

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting
  • 5+ years of experience in an Accounting or Finance position
  • Excellent analytical problem solving and communication skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Experience with SQL is strongly preferred
  • Online retail and/or manufacturing experience is preferred
  • Self-motivated in achieving goals and completing routine tasks
  • Ability to manage competing priorities
  • Ability to succeed in a team environment
  • Attention to detail and follow through on issues to completion.
