Position: Inside Sales Representative

Reports to: Sales Manager

Position Summary:

The sales rep will work alongside other experienced members of our team to help grow our rapidly expanding business. Become part of an exciting environment where you deal with a variety of inventory and contribute to a growing number of great customers. Sales Representatives are responsible to prospect and generate new commercial business. This position requires cold calling on commercial accounts to generate new permanent sales. The hours and level of responsibility may vary by location or line of business.

Major Responsibilities/Essential Functions: 1. Engage with our existing customers and new customers to grow long-term business relationships through outbound efforts not limited to traveling, cold calling, e-mail marketing, and tradeshow representation 2. Develop a detailed sales plan to achieve the goals you are given while organizing outside sales calls 3. Research and engage new customers through cold calls or leads driven through marketing or our private marketplace. Once engaged with the customer, be proficient at qualifying the level of buyer. 4. Attain an intense knowledge of the inventory we deal with and be aware of the changes that happen in the marketplaces as new products are introduced.

5. Network through social media to target buyers and Cold Call/follow-up to increase our customer base. 6. Keep customers and leads organized in the CRM to best track leads and follow-up with customers.

Required Qualifications: • 1-2 years’ experience identifying and developing new accounts • A proven track record of closing sales and high client satisfaction • Proven leadership and ability to drive sales • Knowledge and understanding of all Microsoft Office tools, ideally experience with a CRM tool
