This is a management position with small team. This managers team is responsible for assisting all General Managers with needs and improvements to Production.

The team will be responsible for working with each building, program by program, create efficiencies and drive business success within check in, sorting, testing, GCA, packaging and put away is completed.


Major Responsibilities/Essential Functions:

Responsible for making sure that new programs are setup according to direction of Operations Control Center and Planning.

Responsible for disseminating and monitoring reports established by the Operational Control Center.

Responsible for identifying need for new reports for Production and feeds Operational Control Center.

Assess and make recommendations for improved process flows.

Travel to facilities on a periodic basis for review and training to company standards.

Create trip reports to give leadership overview of facility status.

Assist with the of opening new TRG facilities

Ensure consistent execution of SOPs in Production while looking in better ways to improve SOPs. This includes the mindset to look for continuous improvement opportunities.

Design, develop and execute Production metrics and reports. Improve upon existing metrics as appropriate. Improve upon existing metrics as appropriate. Work with Facilities to ensure SLAs are met. Perform required analytics for trending purposes and root cause analysis.

Work with Facilities on ensuring SOPs and best practices are implemented and executed to ensure tight controls and monitoring around shrink / inventory controls.

Train and implement Best in Class practices for the overall production process that create efficiencies program by program. This includes improving communication, operating practices and teammate development.

Support the design, development and implementation for new clients / programs and new TRG facilities as well as existing programs.

Stay current with the industry on the state of the art for enabling technology tools, systems and diagnostics.

Develop and promote planning and scheduling tools to ensure teammates perform in a proactive manner that supports shift effectiveness and efficiency.

AT LEAST 75% travel required.


Have Industrial Engineering background

Solid production process
