Returns Management Solutions Provider, goTRG, Continues to Expand Operations, Opening a New 250,000+ Square Foot Facility in Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex

After a year of significant change across the industry, goTRG continues to grow to keep up with reverse logistics demands, looking to bring on 200 new employees

Fort Worth, Texas – December 15, 2021 – goTRG, a global leader in returns management and reverse supply chain, today announced they are opening a new 250,000+ square foot facility in Fort Worth, TX. goTRG is expanding to give clients more access points and to better serve them in the returns management and reverse logistics process at a time when retailers and manufacturers are trying to keep up with surging consumer returns.

The expansion into Texas means that goTRG will be increasing their employee base, looking to add nearly 200 new teammates to operate the new Reverse Logistics Center. Additionally, the facility will serve as one of goTRG’s Centers of Excellence, where goTRG will provide best-in-class refurbishment, repair, sanitization, data wiping, accessorizing, and re-kitting services to restore products to their best resale condition, on behalf of the largest retailers and manufacturers on the planet. At this facility, they will host vendors, retail clients and wholesale customers to showcase the full value of a managed reverse supply chain.

“We are thrilled to open our next Reverse Logistics Center in the Dallas area, where there is significant workforce talent and easy access for transporting products,” saidSender Shamiss, CEO and founder of goTRG. “Over the past 14 years, we’ve worked to establish goTRG as the leader in returns management – helping retailers and manufacturers eliminate financial and environmental waste. An additional presence in the South will allow goTRG to drive more value to our clients by being in closer proximity to their stores and distribution centers, thereby reducing transportation costs and shortening time to market for resaleable products.”

The building is an industrial distribution center owned byBlack Creek Group located in Fort Worth, Texas.

Founded in 2008, goTRG specializes in returns management for returned and excess inventory, using a data-driven approach to identify the most profitable resale path for returns and distressed inventory. The company manages returns for six out of the top ten largest retailers in North America and resells items across a network of 20+ secondary marketplaces. With the opening of this new facility, goTRG employs over 2,500 individuals across 14 facilities in North America, totaling over 3 million square feet of warehouse space. goTRG was also named to Fast Company’s Most Innovative Companies list and Inc. 5000’s Fastest Growing Companies list in 2021.

“It was a pleasure to work with the goTRG team on acquiring their newest facility in the DFW area,” said Mark Collins, Managing Director, Cushman Wakefield. “After an extensive search across the market they selected a state-of-the-art stand-alone facility that will meet their and their customers’ needs for the foreseeable future. The strong labor pool in South Fort Worth was a strong factor in selecting Black Creek Group's building as the company intends to hire a significant amount of employees. This site will help goTRG continue their strong growth and expansion nationally to assist their customers.”
